Add support for log arguments in the REST LogEvent POJO

The current org.xwiki.rest.model.jaxb.LogEvent is close to useless to refactor the log displayer to use REST. The way the log displayer works it need the actual log arguments (and message elements to) so that it can display properly each kind of argument (a link for DocumentReference, etc.).
