Server not responding error when saving pages based on templates

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a new page using either a default template or user created template.
2. Save the page.

You get the following error:

Failed to save the page. Reason: Server not responding

However the page does save; it appears the error is actually related to the page create status message. The browser console references line 8 of prototype.js with the following error:

OPTIONS http://localhost:8080/xwiki/rest/jobstatus/refactoring/create/1488295582438-525?media=json net::ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED

Workaround:
Select "Continue and Save" will result in the same error but will return you to editing. Once the page is created subsequent saves do not result in an error.
