Prioritize current subwiki results for not-found-pages suggest messages

When displaying not-found-pages suggest messages the current subwiki results should be displayed first, in order to be relevant and preserve the context.

One undesired effect of the current behavior is that: for normal users the results are sometimes empty, because the query contains a limit of 10 results and if these results come from other wikis and the current user doesn't have the rights to see it, they are not displayed.
