Hide Actions from Page Index if the current user doesn't have the right to perform them

Steps to reproduce:

1. Login with Admin
2. Create a new nested page under Sandbox (P1)
3. Go to P1 and allow View rights only for XWikiAdminGroup
4. Create a new simple user (U1)
5. Login as U1
6. Create a new terminal page under Sandbox using the same name as P1 (P2)
7. Go to Page Index and filter for P1

Notice the Actions displayed: Rename, Rights, Delete.
If you click on either Rename or Rights you'll get a message saying you don't have the required rights.
