Random "zip file closed" error while uninstalling/upgrading/downgrading a JAR extension, causes the wiki to be unusable

I reproduced this bug while upgrading Forum app from v1.9 to v2.2 using Extension Manager.
I noticed an error related to "zip file closed" in the install log.
After I navigated to the main page I noticed multiple macros were broken.
A server restart fixed the problem for me.

I found the following reproduction steps on fresh jetty/hsqldb 12.4 (using java openjdk "1.8.0_252"):

• login as Admin, go on EM and install Mentions application (org.xwiki.contrib:mentions-ui:1.0)
• restart the server
• login as Admin, go on EM and install Extensions Tweak (org.xwiki.contrib:extension-tweak:1.4)
• still on EM locate Mentions API (org.xwiki.contrib:mentions-api:1.0) in installed extensions and uninstall it
• once done navigate to another page
