Add support for specifying the attachment name when uploading a file with the Attachment Selector

    Description

      By default the attachment name is the same as the name of the uploaded file. Would be nice to be able to specify a different attachment name when uploading a file with the Attachment Selector. The alternative is to rename the file on the file system before uploading it.
