When uninstalling an extension don't pollute the AS

Uninstalling an extension displays in AS all the delete events for the extension's pages, see delete.png for an example of Uninstalling the "Help Center Application"

We should group all the events inside a single "uninstall" event and even don't display it in AS, since it's an administrative action and not a content one.
