Blog posts appear as pages in the Notifications list even if the Blog Notification is set as OFF

Steps to reproduce:

1. Log in as a simple user e.g. U1
2. Set Notifications Preferences to OFF for Blog and ON for all the XWiki pages (create/delete/update)
3. Log in as Admin
4. Create a new page, update a page, delete a page
5. Create and publish a new blog post, update a blog post and delete one
6. Log in as U1
7. Click on the Watchlist bell and observe the list

Expected results: No blog posts show in the list.

Actual results: Th blog posts show as pages that were created/updated/deleted.
