Refactor Data mojo based on Extension Manager

    Description

      There is small but sometimes noticeable difference between Extension Manager and Maven dependency resolution.

      Since the Data mojo is used to mimic an install we need to make sure it follows the same behavior than Extension Manager which means actually use Extension Manager to resolve dependencies instead of standard Maven.
