Wrong user displayed in notifications list when creating a new user with Admin

Steps to reproduce:

1. Log in as Admin
2. Click on the bell from top right corner
3. In the right side of the Notifications section click on Settings
4. Set Notifications to ON for when a "New page is created"
5. From the Drawer click on Administer wiki
6. Click on Users & Rights > Users > Add user
7. Fill in the required info and click on Save (e.g. TestUser)
8. Click on the Bell and observe the notifications

Expected results: [create] Profile of TestUser By Admin

Actual results: [create] Profile of TestUser By TestUser
