Description
As XWIKI-14119 should allow the user to define custom notifications types in wiki pages, and as every notifications is derived from a specific event, we first have to allow the addition of custom events in wiki pages.
This can be done using XWIKI-14347, which allows definition of custom WikiComponents through XObjects.
