Change Homepage Tour steps order to prioritise actions

49% of the users on Playground are following the Tour steps, while 4% are closing the Tour (rough estimations).

There are some people that read carefully all the steps, while others are accelerating if the steps are already knows or easy.

That's why we will change the step order to prioritise navigation and page/global actions and present page elements after. This way we assure that the most important information is presented in the beginning.
