HTML code appears before the Admin name in the Notifications list, when using MySQL

    Description

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. As Admin create another user
      2. Log in with the new user and select all the Notifications (Settings > ON for all)
      3. Log in as Admin
      4. Change something in the profile e.g. from Preferences change User Type to advanced user
      5. Log in with normal user
      6. Click on the bell and observe the results in the Notifications list

      Actual results: After making changes to the Admin user profile, while logged in with another user that has the notifications on, the " " HTML code appears in the UI.
