When adding a new image with Attachment selector the upload appears as 2 new versions in the History tab

1. Edit a page in wiki mode
2. Add the following:

   {{attachmentSelector classname="XWiki.XWikiUsers" property="avatar" defaultValue="XWiki.XWikiUserSheet@noavatar.png" displayImage="true" filter="png,jpg,gif" link="true" savemode="direct" versionSummary="true" width="120"/}}
   

3. Click Save & View
4. Click on Choose an attachment
5. Upload an image and add a Version summary
6. Click on Upload and select
7. Repeat the steps and add another image
8. Go to History tab

Expected results: The upload creates one version in the History tab.

Actual results: Each upload creates 2 versions in the History tab. When I select the 2 versions and Compare selected versions I see "No changes".
