It does not make sense to allow access to deleted attachment/document UI only to XWikiAdminGroup

    Description

      • what this UI does has nothing to do with any group that happen to be called XWikiAdminGroup
      • even if that group was really containing all admin user, there is no reason to forbid access to this UI to other users
