Watch UI in Notifications area is not taking into account the event statuses

    Description

      Here's what I did:

      • Went to my profile and turned on pages event.
      • Then enabled "notifications.watchedEntities.enabled = true" and restarted
      • Went on the home page and noticed that the 3-button-watches UI doesn't show the current page as being watched even though it's already the case (since I'm watching all pages already!).
      • Thus I shouldn't have had to click "watch this page and children" to receive notifications and emails about it and no filter should have been added (a filter should have been added if I had decided to remove the watch by clicking "unwatch this page and children").
