Some filter appear multiple times in the list

Steps to reproduce:

1. As a simple user or Admin create a new AWM
2. Go to the Notifications Preferences
3. Observe the Filters
4. Refresh the page
5. Observe the Filters
6. Refresh the page

Expected results: Each filter appears only one time in the list.

Actual results: Some filters appear numerous times in the list and when the page is refreshed the Filters change.
