Values of the database list fields of applications edited with AWM are not updated when the original element is updated

Can be reproduced in the standard flavour using the example AWM applications from the Help app.

The example applications Contributors and Movies are created and edited with Application Within minutes, in application Movies the "director" field is a database list referring contributors.

To reproduce:

• go to the page "Charlie Chaplin" of the Contributors application
• edit the page, change the name to "Charlot" instead of "Charlie Chaplin"
• go to the page "Modern Times" from the Movies application
• expected result: the Director field should display "Charlot"
• actual result: the Director field continues to display "Charlie Chaplin".

No refresh or clean cache or restart fixes this.

If the application "Movies" is edited (using the App Within Minutes UI), with the update checkboxes checked, the problem is fixed but on the next Contributor update it will ocur again.
