Drawer is not showing in View mode of a customized theme

    Description

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Log in as Admin
      2. Click on Drawer > Administer Wiki > Look & Feel > Themes
      3. Click on Customize
      4. Click on Save & View
      5. Click on the Drawer

      Expected results: The Drawer opens.

      Actual results: The Drawer is not responsive.

      NOTE: This is reproduced on IE 11, Chrome 61 and Firefox 55.
