Creating a page with a '.' dot in the name breaks Notifications

Create 2 users and enable page notifications on both of them.

With user1 create a page that has a . in the name, like "Roadmap 9.10".
Log-in with user2 and look at the Notifications menu. The Notifications are broken, see bug.png
