With each refresh of the Notifications Preferences page, the filters in the LiveTable change order

    Description

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Create some filters in the Notifications Preferences page (10+)
      2. Refresh the page
      3. Observe the order of the filters
      4. Refresh again
      5. Observe the order of the filters

      Expected results: The order of the filters stay the same - alphabetically after Name maybe?

      Actual results: With each refresh of the page the filters order changes.
