When overriding a template of the skin, auto-copy the server side content of that template in order to be easily modifiable

Now when you override from Skin templates or less files, the new object is empty.

Would be much easy for the user if the textarea would come prefilled with the server-side content. Otherwise, the user needs to copy paste the current version and this might be difficult to get hands on (especially if you don't have access to the server side).
