The "Deleted on" column from Page Index > Deleted Pages doesn't have Date Picker, as such the date filtering doesn't work

Preconditions: Have some pages deleted in different days / hours.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Log in as Admin
2. Click on Drawer > Page Index > Deleted Pages
3. Click on the filter box below "Deleted on"
4. Add a date of a deleted page

Expected results: A date picker appears to let the user select the required date. Once selected the filter works. Eg. DateAttachments

Actual results: The date picker doesn't appear like on other date columns, and if the date is added in the box the filter doesn't work.
