Include User Directory inside XWiki.WebHome

    Description

      There are several problems with the XWiki space:

      • the WebHome is empty and displays a message that is not very relevant
      • from an user perspective it's used to contain the user profiles

      We should move XWikiSyntax to the Help app (see XWIKI-13499) and on the XWiki WebHome we could include Main.UserDirectory and change the page title to "User Index", see images

      Also if we change the UserDirectory livetable code to display hidden User Profiles, we could also mark the profiles as hidden, making them disappear from the Navigation panel.

      The users will then be accessible from the avatar icon and the User Index in the Drawer.
