    Description

      http://extensions.xwiki.org/xwiki/bin/view/Extension/Notifications%20API/#HCreatecustomnotificationtemplates does not handle email notifications.

      I think it is critical to have this in the next LTS, so XWiki 9.11.x or 9.12.
