Cannot annotate pages on Edge

    Description

      STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

      1. Login with Admin or with an user
      2. Go to a page, select some text (or a word)
      3. Press CTRL + M and fill in some annotation text
      4. Click "Add annotation" button

      EXPECTED RESULTS

      The annotation is added.

      ACTUAL RESULTS

      The keyboard shortcut CTRL + M does not work because is overlapping with the (Sidebar) Reading List keyboard shortcut which is currently fixed in Edge (and the option to change it is not provided in browser).
