No email received for Daily notification

Preconditions: The email server for the XWiki instance is configured and the user/admin profile has set a valid email address.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Login with Admin
2. Create a new user (e.g. U1)
3. Login with U1
4. Click on the Watchlist bell
5. Click on Settings, in the right side of Notifications
6. Set all Pages Notifications to ON (menu and e-mail)
7. Click on the Watchlist bell and turn 'Watch this wiki' toggle to ON
8. Login with Admin
9. Update / create / delete a page
10. Trigger "Notifications daily email" (as set by default in user's profile) from Job Scheduler
11. Check the notification email received by the respective user (e.g. U1)

Expected results: The user receives email with notifications.

Actual results: No email is received.

NOTE: The hourly and weekly notifications work. Only the Daily one seems to have an issue.
