Links to the notification center are badly displayed in the notification tray with some translations

When viewing the notification tray in a language different than the default (here, I used french), the links to the notification center are not properly displayed (ie: here, the icon of the "Preferences" link isn't displayed next to the link label).

One fix would be to apply a `display: inline-block` property to the CSS properties of those links.
