Mail Sending "FROM" address is ignored

When configuring the "Mail Sending capability, the form from "Global Administration" there is a field called "EMAIL ADDRESS TO SEND FROM" where the "FROM" address should be inserted.
However, after completing this field, when sharing pages via email, the "FROM" address that appears is the email address used as "username".
