Notifications displayed for own events as if were performed by other users

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

1. Log in as Admin
2. Create a new user (e.g. U1)
3. Login with the user
4. Click on the bell from top right corner
5. In the right side of the Notifications section click on Settings
6. Set the Pages toggle to ON (for Notification Menu)
7. Set the Pages toggle to ON (for Email)
8. Refresh the page
9. Observe the notification list

EXPECTED RESULTS

No notification should be displayed as the Own Events Filter is set (by default) to ON.

ACTUAL RESULTS

A notification is displayed as if the current user's profile (e.g. U1) was edited by Administrator.

However, if the user was created through Register mode, the issue does not reproduce.
