List fields view displayer should point to target page

When displaying a List field that points to a page the new single select or multiselect displayer is displaying the title nicely. However when the field value is a page there should be a simple way to make the display values link to the target page.

This might be needed to be done in the "Page" field, which should be added to AppWithinMinutes. It would be nice to have a way to convert a DBListField in a Page field.
