Skin logo doesn't change with the new Color Theme

    Description

      1. Login as Admin
      2. Go to Administration > Look & Feel > Themes
      3. Click on the Customize button corresponding to the current skin
      4. Click on "Edit this skin"
      5. Click on the "Choose an attachment" button below the Logo header
      6. Choose an image file from your PC
      7. Click "Upload and select"
      8. Click "Save & View"

      Expected results: The new image file is displayed as the logo of the wiki.

      Actual results: The logo of the color theme is overwriting the skin logo so there is no change.
