Paste lists with bullets reverse the sort

Hello,

When I copy some bullets list

• my entry 1
• entry 2
• another entry 3

from my LibreOffice doc in WYSIWIG editor, theses entries are paste:

• another entry 3
• entry 2
• my entry 1

The sorting is wrong.

I haven't this issue on https://ckeditor.com/ckeditor-4/
