The date format in the Annotations popup does not correspond to the one configured in Wiki Administration

    Description

      The use case was tested on a single language wiki, set to EN.
      Date format in Wiki Administration : yyyy-MM-dd hh:mm.
      Date format in Annotation popup : dd/MM/yyyy.
