Remove the XWiki Enterprise link from the message when the wiki is empty

When you have an empty wiki, this warning message is displayed when you are on the administration panel:

Your wiki seems empty. You may want to import the default XWiki Enterprise wiki which contains a set of useful pages: user profiles, recent activity, administration pages and many more. This wiki is distributed as a XAR file, you can download it from [LINK TO XWIKI ENTERPRISE DOWNLOAD]

The message is defined in xwiki-platform-core/xwiki-platform-oldcore/src/main/resources/ApplicationResources.properties (key: admin.defaultwikinotinstalled) and used in xwiki-platform-core/xwiki-platform-web/src/main/webapp/templates/admin.vm
