Usage of the "fieldset" and "legend" tags in generated control groups

XWiki forms already support some accessibility features such as the labeling of controls using the "for" element. The W3C Accessibility Initiative recommends the usage of the "fieldset" and "legend" tags for group controls such as radio buttons or check boxes. That'd be great it XWiki had built-in support for such recommendations, what do you think?
