Action pages like history of a page are indexed by search engines

When you search for xwiki documentation on xwiki.org it happens that there are "action pages" like history of a page or pdf export of a page in the search results. 

For example this google search for xwiki form validation has this page as second result.

Maybe it would be a good idea to add rel="nofollow" to all “action links” like history, export, etc. as described here.
