commons logging configuration missing to make it run in any application server

there should be a file "WEB-INF/classes/commons-logging.properties" with contents:
org.apache.commons.logging.LogFactory=org.apache.commons.logging.impl.LogFactoryImpl

to make xwiki work in application servers which are providing own implementations/properties of commons logging.
