Extension page delete protection does not apply to the Delete Application UI in AppWithinMinutes

Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to AppWithinMinutes (More Applications > Create your own)
2. Delete any of the "Movies" or "Contributors" default applications bundled in XS

Expected:
See the dialog warning you that the app pages are protected (and possibly preventing you from deleting it altogether), based on the protected page handling configuration.

Actual:
The delete is performed without any question.
