Description
It is possible for a non-admin or non-programmer to create an AWM application.
However without admin or programming rights, then the application does not seem complete.
For example:
- translations are not viewed by other users (including an admin), see XWIKI-13765 for this aspect
- the application is not showing in the application menu
There should be at least some warning displayed to a user without WIKI admin right of what may happen when the application is modified.
