Display/Include macros don't include the skin extensions that affect the included page

      I've encountered this issue trying to include a documentation page that described keyboard shortcuts. 

      Syntax:

      {{display reference="xwiki:Documentation.UserGuide.Features.KeyboardShortcuts" section="HAnnotations"/}}

      Expected:

      Actual:

      So if the included page contains a SSX for example (set as "On this page or on Demand"; or "On Demand") that style will not be included. I've attached a Test.WebHome.xar if you want to test a similar behaviour.

      So the include/display macros are limited just to the text and syntax.
