Long paths/documents can't be opened from the HTML Export on Windows

Steps to reproduce:

1. Log in as Admin
2. Import the XAR attached on the main wiki
3. Observe the pages imported
4. Click on the parent page, in this case Locomotives
5. Export as HTML
6. Save it on desktop
7. Unzip the file with 7zip
8. Open the index.html
9. Access each document

Expected results: The pages from the HTML export are accessible.

Actual results: It appears that the pages with a long path can't be accessed on Windows
"Your file was not found
It may have been moved or deleted.
ERR_FILE_NOT_FOUND"

I've used https://character-count.net/ to count the chars and it appears that it brakes at 294

It's working on the page with 293:

NOTE:
I've also tried to unzip the file with the default Windows Extract all but it gives me an error (see attachment) and I can't extract it.
