Starting XWiki messes the locale of the shell

The start_xwiki.sh script alters the LANG variable for that shell, causing problems like

• midnight commander runs with french menus
• svn complains that the LC_ALL variable cannot be set
• Unicode does not display well

It should set the environment variable only for the running task.
