Error page appears when moving a page with a user

Steps to reproduce:

1. Log in as Admin
2. Create a user
3. Log in with that user
4. Create a page eg. 1
5. Create another page eg. b
6. From b click on More Actions > Move / Rename
7. Choose 1 as a New location
8. Click on Rename

Expected results: The page is moved to the new location and the following message appears: "Done."

Actual results:The page is moved correctly but an error page appears for the user:
