Introduce a type in the Page property to support Page and Space reference

The Page property type is currently used to hold a Document reference. We will need in the future to use the new Page reference. We also need to distinguish pages from spaces.

What we could do is to introduce a type in the Page property so that it can be use to hold a document reference, a space reference or a page reference
