'WYSIWYG Editor' section is not in 'Editing' category anymore

    Description

      In 10.7 the "WYSIWYG Editor" was in the "Editing" category, see editing-10.7.png

      In 10.8 the "WYSIWYG Editor" is in the "Other" category, see other-10.8.png

      We should investigate if the order was manually changed or if it's in a bug in the Administration sheet.
