Disable the "Continue" button when performing an operation

The "Continue" button is active and displayed when doing operations like: 

• Check fro upgrades
• Upgrading a particular extension

I don't know how problematic would be if I would press the button  while the operation is still loading, but some users might think that the upgrade process is over and won't wait for the operation to return the list of extensions to upgrade, etc.
