Users cannot delete an annotation they created from the Comments section

Preconditions: An user (e.g. U1) is already created.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

1. Log in as the user (U1)
2. Create and add some text to a page
3. Add an Annotation (Ctrl + M)
4. Click on the small yellow box
5. Observe the available options
6. Observe the options for the annotation in the Comments section

EXPECTED RESULTS

The user is able to remove the added annotation from the annotation box as well as from Comments section.

ACTUAL RESULTS

The user has the delete option in the annotation box, but not in the Comments section.

This issue cannot be reproduced on XWiki 10.8.1.
