Note about title filtering and sorting is shown on livetables even if title is not fiterable

The comment about "page titles filtering and sorting sometimes not working as expected" is shown even in cases where there is not title column, or it is configured neither to be sortable or filterable.

This is clearly pointless and only confuses users. The message should not be shown for these cases.
