The visible to Group option doesn't send any message to any user from the selected group

Preconditions: Have a group created with at least a user who has Message stream activated from Notifications settings.

1. Login and access the Dashboard
2. Write a message
3. Select Group from the drop-down list
4. Pick the group name
5. Click Share
6. Login with an user that belongs to that group

Expected results: The message is visible for the user that belongs to that group (in the Activity Stream)

Actual results: No message appears in the Activity stream or Notification list.
